Chicken cabbage wraps

This was my lunch today :) I cooked about 3 oz (uncooked weight) of chicken with some HCG safe vinaigrette and garlic. I served it wrapped in a cabbage leaf and shredded my extra cabbage for a "salad." I added some HCG safe "ranch". The chicken was amazing and the cabbage for a wrap was crunchy enough to almost seem like a taco shell! The "ranch" was interesting... I didn't hate it by any means but I wouldn't go as far as to say it tasted like ranch dressing. It was tangy kinda like vinegar and a little sweet.
